It’s hard to be human.
Collaborate with me for healing and change.
It’s hard to be human and it can be difficult to do the work to feel better and seek change. I offer a therapeutic space of warmth, non-judgment and acceptance. In this comfortable setting, I challenge clients to engage in an authentic dialogue and examination of self.
I believe that the relationship and rapport between therapist and client is equal in importance to any particular therapeutic technique. The therapy space can serve as a microcosm of what happens outside of it, so what happens between therapist and client in real time offers valuable information about the client in relationship to others.
I will guide you to explore the ways that behavior patterns and automatic reactions may interfere with your sense of self and your relationships. While one’s past history informs the present and a history of trauma can impact behavior and mental health, I can help you rise above the limitations that the past might impose.
I look forward to collaborating with you and/or your family members, as you embark on a path towards healing and change.
